Newco’s originating team through its advisers has consummate knowledge of the Chinese waste landscape and has strong geo-political access at regional, provincial and national government levels in addition to a local presence. Newco is proposing to work with leading approved technology supplies and the regional government to implement a centralized treatment facility in Hangzhou, processing over 600 tonnes per day. This will be a showcase facility with government intent for roll out.
